Patient Journey App
The Patient Journey App puts clear, reliable information about your diagnosis and treatment in the palm of your hand. It was designed by the consultants and nurses at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and funded by Breast Cancer Kent, with content developed alongside Dr Burcombe.
The app is free to download. Search for “Patient Journey” on the App Store or Google Play, then choose Breast Cancer Kent to get started.
What the App Does
Information You Can Trust
Reliable information about your diagnosis and treatment, written by doctors and specialist nurses — carry it with you instead of a stack of leaflets.
Your Treatment Timeline
Important information is laid out on a timeline so you can see what happens next at each stage of your journey.
Reminders & Notifications
Push notifications and reminders help you keep track of upcoming appointments and the next steps in your care.
Contact Your Team
Email questions to the breast cancer specialist nurses, or contact the nursing and chemotherapy teams directly from your phone.
Choose What You See
Show all of the content, or select just the information that is relevant to you and your treatment.
Free on Any Device
Available free of charge for iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets from the App Store and Google Play.
